For any inquiry about your order, please  get in touch with us by e-mail.

Any order placed on sealover.it Website will be prepared and shipped within 48h, provided payment was received as described above. 

Orders placed after 12am CET/CEST will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed after 12am CET/CEST on Friday, during weekend or holidays, will be shipped the following business day. Estimated delivery time is indicated for informational purposes only and will apply from the date the order is shipped.

3-5 days shipping days for Italia and  for  other European countries. 

All the orders are sent using via Express / Standard  Postal Service , which has a complete tracking system.

Shipping is charged as an additional cost: this will appear on your order.

You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

ITALY

  • 8,50 eur for Standard Shipments (3-5) days
  • FREE SHIPPING for amounts over 100 eur 

 

EUROPE

  • FREE SHIPPING for amounts over € 150.00
  • Shipping cost € 29 for orders under 149.00

 

UNITED STATES – REST OF THE WORLD

  • Shipping cost 35,00 euro


All prices are given in euro € and are shown inclusive of ITALIAN/EUROPE sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 22% but exclusive of delivery costs.

You have to pay at the time of the order. Orders will be dispatched  once full payment will be received. We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa,) Apple Pay. 

When we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.

This will contain a reference number of the item/s and its cost. We also send you your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

If you are not happy with what you have received, you have two options: choose from a refund or an exchange.

  • You must request a return for each item before sending it
  • Log in to your client account by clicking here , or create one automatically by clicking here
  • Select the order you want to make a return from, and then the item(s) you wish to return
  • An email with your completed returns ticket and instructions on what to do next will be sent to you
  • The returns ticket must be attached to the parcel containing the item(s) to return
  •  You will receive an email confirming your return has been processed. The bank account you used to make the payment will be automatically credited within a maximum of fourteen (14) days (Italy) and 15 days in Europe of the returned packet being received at the warehouse
  • The items should be returned in their original state and in the packaging they came in. They should be labelled and complete (all accessories included). Any items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted. Bikini bottoms and underwear should still have the protective strip in place.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear should be tried-on over your own underwear without removing the protective strip.
  • If you received a promotional gift, please attach it to your return.

A return which would not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
